Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation on business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day. Our oils are packed in sealed, leak-proof packaging to reach you fresh and intact.
Shipping Charges
- FREE shipping on all orders above ₹1,000.
- A flat shipping charge of ₹80 applies to orders below ₹1,000, shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Delivery Time
Orders are delivered within 3–7 business days of dispatch, depending on your location. Deliveries to metro cities are usually faster; remote pin codes may take a little longer.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared with you so you can follow your package until it reaches your doorstep. You can also view your orders any time by signing in and visiting My Orders.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delays
While we dispatch on time, occasional courier delays due to weather, festivals or circumstances beyond our control can occur. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will follow it up with the courier on priority.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or with items missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and its contents. We will make it right — see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
